by safeguarding your personal information and implementing reasonable measures to protect it. KHULA App adheres to the highest
standards of protecting your personal information when you use KHULA platforms
KHULA website, the KHULA mobile site, KHULA web app and KHULA mobile application (collectively the “KHULA app and/or app”). We have created this
Privacy Policy for you to read and appreciate how we safeguard your personal
information and respect your privacy (“Policy”). This Policy complies with, and facilitates
the obligations required from, the South African Protection of Personal
Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (“POPI”), as amended.

with access to the KHULA app. It also explains how and why KHULA collects, uses

5. By sharing your personal information with
KHULA you agree that it is i) true, accurate and
lawful; ii) not false or misleading and iii) does not violate any applicable
laws and regulations.
6. In the event that your personal information
changes, you are required to inform us and provide us with the updated personal
information within 36 hours to enable us to update your personal information.
Should your personal information change and affect trading on the site, you are
prohibited from trading until your personal information
has been update
7. KHULA strives to ensure that the personal
information provided is complete, accurate and not misleading. You will be
required to provide information about your entity, business or
products/services for registration purposes in support of your personal
information. By using the KHULA app, you consent to the inclusion of your
personal data in our database and authorise KHULA to share
your information with other users.
8. We reserve the right to remove and/or delete
your profile on the KHULA app in the event that you provide inaccurate, irrelevant, out of date, incomplete and misleading personal
information.
9. KHULA may use your personal data in the
following ways:

To notify you about changes to or other important about our services

marketing purposes without your consent and will not disclose
data to any independent third parties for such purposes.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred and
maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or
other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from
those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside South Africa and
choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data,
including Personal Data, to South Africa and process it there. Your consent to
this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents
your agreement to that transfer.
Khula app will take
all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy
and no transfer of your Personal
Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place
including the security of your data and other
personal information.

is important to us, but remember that no method of
transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal
Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security

Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf,
to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our

perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it

To Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by
us. If you click on a third party link, you will be

16. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18
("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone
under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that
your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we
become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without
verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from
our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you
of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know
